🍌 Banana Pudding

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cold milk

  • 4 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

  • 4 containers (8 oz each) Cool Whip, thawed

  • 2 boxes (11 oz each) vanilla wafers

  • 18 large bananas, sliced

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and pudding mix for about 2 minutes, until well combined.

  2. Blend in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.

  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully incorporated.

  4. In a large hotel pan, begin layering: start with vanilla wafers, then add sliced bananas, and spoon over the pudding mixture.

  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a final layer of pudding mixture on top.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the pudding to set.

  7. Before serving, top with crushed vanilla wafers for extra texture and presentation.

  • Adjust quantities if using different pan sizes or if you prefer thicker or thinner layers.
