I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit.

Glory Ridge is a multi-denominational Christian camp founded in 1973. The camp is located in Madison County, North Carolina on 26 acres overlooking the French Broad River. The camp has been used by local and out of state groups alike. Glory Ridge is a simple place for Christian retreat & worship all year long.

Glory Ridge uses the term, multi-denominational because we are proud to have people gather here from a variety of Christian faith traditions. We don’t want people to give up their faith traditions when they become a part of the Glory Ridge community, rather we want them to bring those traditions with them. We respect and embrace them. It is our intention to make the diversity of our faith histories a source of enrichment rather than division.

During the summer, Glory Ridge hosts church youth groups who come for weeklong mission trips to help neighbors in Madison County with urgent home repairs needs. Glory Ridge's rustic facilities have been built primarily by volunteers over the years and the camp has always emphasized a combination of 'work and worship'. During non summer months, our ministry shifts towards providing a place for groups and individuals to practice Sabbath Rest.

The purpose of Glory Ridge is simple:
That people will grow together in Christ Jesus.

"Somewhere in the mountains, at a place called Glory Ridge, a Carpenter still mends hearts."
