Glory Ridge is a non-denominational Christian camp founded in 1973. The camp is located in Madison County, North Carolina on 35 acres overlooking the French Broad River. The camp has been used, by local and out of state groups alike, as both a weekend 'retreat' and a week long 'workcamp' center to reach out to the surrounding community. Glory Ridge's rustic facilities have all been built by volunteers over the years and the camp has always emphasized the combination of 'work and worship'.

The purpose of Glory Ridge is simple:

That people would grow together in Christ.

Somewhere in the mountains, at a place called Glory Ridge, a carpenter still mends hearts.

Praise Report:

The Hermitage is as complete as any project of love ever can be. The Hermitage offers a quiet place for personal study and rest for visiting clergy and missionaries. Thank you to all who worked diligently and prayerfully on this important ministry.
