There is a bunkhouse style cabin located on the side of the
mountain with bunks to accomodate approximately 35 people. The cabin is
separated into a girls' side and a boys' side by way of a central wall.
Both sides have an attached deck and offer a breathtaking veiw of the surrounding
mountains. The French Broad River can be heard from the cabin as well. |
| The girls' side of the cabin, that faces the Brothers' pavilion,
sleeps between 16 and 18 guests. All bunks throughout the cabin are furnished
with an open-cell foam mattress and a safety rail to prevent accidents.

The hermitage offers visiting pastors or missionaries a place of peace to rest, relax, and
find solitude with God.
|
| The dining facilities consist of a kitchen and dining pavilion
located near the top of "the ridge". The kitchen is equipped with two electric
stove/ovens, two upright refrigerators and a walk-in pantry for non-perishable food
items. The wall separating the kitchen from the dining pavilion opens
to create a serving window. |

The dining pavilion, like the rest of the camp, is decorated
with hand-painted signs created by the various groups that have visited
Glory Ridge. These signs give glory to God with scripture and art work that
represent the group's stay. |
